Pearls of Hope, Inspiration and Encouragement

Another Quiet Storm

Had my share of ups and downs life filled with rainy days. Tried to walk in your light. You used to be with me, I see, I know, I moved away, but Lord I'm coming home. Then somewhere way off in the distance, I heard your still small voice, saying, girl you’ll be fine. I heard your cry, I saw your tears, I promised, I fulfill. You will survive, you are stronger, better, wiser. Tell your critic, your enemy, the trickster, you ran back into and under the blood. The blood of My only begotten Son. I’ll wipe the tears from your eyes, ease, erase and eradicate your pain. Your mind will not be perplexed but in a state of peace, draw nigh unto Me and drop your bags, let down your hair and rest your head upon My breast. Cast your care upon Me, I care for you. You live, you learn, you move on. Every test, I direct. You get through it when you pass it. When the pain is a piece of your past, it is then you can look back and smile, because you will then know that you are through and out of the valley and on top of the mountain. I heard the lie, I saw their plan, I watched them make the promise they knew they wouldn’t keep, now come here My child, let Me take that hurt away. I have been through every test before you got here, I am the way, the truth, and the light. Follow Me. Trust Me. I will never lead you astray. Listen to the word I speak to you, My child, rest upon My breast, take My yoke and learn more of Me. All there is to me has not yet been spoken, written nor revealed. I AM El Shaddai. can turn the page, end this chapter, move on and rewrite your life story.

Ground Zero

Have you had to rebuild, start over, does it seem your entire world has come crashing down and you couldn’t do anything to prevent it. Some halt, some wounded, some died, but you survived. God can mend your b-r-o-k-e-n pieces. You were somewhat helpless in what happened to you.

Ezekiel 37:7 “So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.” (First time I ever heard about these dead bones was in Mannheim Germany, in 1989)

Psalms 23:3 “He restores my soul”. God is in the business of restoring things that have become discombobulated by life to the weary believer, to the woman who have long cried what she thought was her last tear. He comes to restore the brokenness of your broken heart, your wounded spirit, your troubled mind.

Matthew 11:28 “Come unto me, all ye... Isaiah 55:1 Ho, every one that thirst, Come ye to the waters, and he that has no money Come ye, buy and eat; yea, come buy wine and milk without money and without price.” The secret to becoming MENDED is to come, pick up the pieces of your shattered life and just COME. To receive mending, healing or deliverance all it takes is one word, like Peter received on the boat, when Jesus said: Come!

The vision that Ezekiel speaks of illustrates the promise of new life and a nation restored, both physically and spiritually. The dry bones are pictured of the Jews in captivity, both scattered and dead. This vision of re-gathering of Israel and Judah has yet to be fulfilled. They appeared to have no hope of vitality, but just as He promised to restore Israel and He did in 1948, He can restore you.

I know that your situation seems hopeless, dim and without luster, but God is in the mending business, He is the restorer of the breech, He can put broken pieces back together again. Pieces from divorce, infidelity, lust, deception, pain, abortion, lesbianism, homosexuality, misuse of resources. Just don't you give up, pray for renewal, refreshing, revival, restoration. For only God can restore life to dead, broken things. And He is coming to restore you in every area that you have been broken into, even the shattered places, where the enemy tried to just squash you to nothing, that place, Jesus is coming to Mend my Broken Pieces. ~Prophetess Pinki @2010

Sifted like wheat

Lu 22:31-33
And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, (Veronica, Veronica) behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:  But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.  And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

It is comforting when God takes some time out to talk to you in the middle of the storm and whisper into your spirit, you going THRU what you going through because satan has a desire to SIFT you like WHEAT, but HE (God) reminded me that HE prayed, I appreciate all the prayers in the past, but when GOD pray for His own,  OMG!!!  You wonder why, what, who, how??? cause satan had a plan, but that fool made a mistake when he appeared before God and told him of his plan for my demise, and just to have GOD to brag and tell that monkey, she will not deny Me, she will not walk away, you can tempt her, you can test her, you can try her, but YOU CAN'T TOUCH HER, and GOD raised the hedge.

Satan doesn't care if you are male or female or somewhere trapped between the two, how young or old you are, he don't care about how much money you have or lack, he don't care whether you are married, single or divorced, he don't care if you are the corporate CEO or the next to be executed on death row, he don't care if you are happy or sad, whether or not you are on top of the world or the world is on top of you, HE JUST WANTS TO SIFT YOU like WHEAT.  But beloved, just as GOD prayed for me, He prays for you.  STAND your ground on what HE told you LAST.  He keeps His promises and come through ON time.

Thank you Lord for the faith and the strength to endure THAT fight.  I love YOU continually, Vee

The value of $20

Sometimes we just need to be reminded!

A well known speaker started off his seminar by: holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?" Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this. He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He then asked, "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air. Well, he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air. My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson.
No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you.

The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE and WHOSE WE ARE.

You are special!

Don't EVER forget it." If you do not pass this on, you may never know the lives it touches, the hurting hearts it speaks to,
or the hope that it can bring. Count your blessings, not your problems, name them one by one.

"And remember: amateurs built the ark ..
professionals built the Titanic.

If God brings you to it - He will bring you through it.

WoMan to Woman

Pain! Pain! Pain! People are hurting everyday, everywhere over something. Men hurting women, women hurting men, women hurting women, men hurting men, parent hurting the child, pain, when will it end? Old pain, new pain, old scars, new scars, old relationships, new relationships, even that something went terribly wrong relationship. Life draining pain, obstruction blurring your vision type pain. Breath taking, can't take it anymore type pain. We are told to cast our cares on Him. Our troubles, worries, fears, anxieties, whatever it may be. God wants you to throw it, as if it means nothing, why? Because He cares. He loves you too much to see you twisted and torn over that. The struggle is in getting you to release it. Let it go. God will speak to you, you can speak to it.
Because He cares, (plural) indicates a perpetual continual ongoing attitude of God. He is concerned and interested in what is hurting you. He cares so much He promised to handle the matter for you. He says vengeance is mine, I will repay. He says it's better they were cut off, whosoever it is that would offend you. His only issue and main concern is YOU. If a thing matters to you, it matters to Him. Your tears have become your food. Because of your pain people have the audacity to question you about where your God is. You pour out your soul when you come to yourself. When you come back from the graves of pain, these same people you ate with, worked with, live with, go to church with--don't have a clue about the pain you are in. The pain they are causing and inflicting upon you themselves. Woman-2-Woman I think I can get you to understand, I know where you are, I've been there myself. Woman 2 Woman, when you cry, I cry. When you are in pain from the hands, the voice, the violence of an abusive mate, I understand, woman 2 woman. When you are in gut wrenching pain from the rejection of a man who says he loves you, and you know he don't, because he has someone else, I understand, woman 2 woman.
You are in such dire straits that the person sitting beside you can't hear you screaming from the intensity of your pain, but God hears from His holy tabernacle. God offers hope, in that through the pain you experience His unconditional love.
Wo-Man 2 woman, can I encourage you with something my Daddy told me?
Revelations 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Isn't that good news, to know that GOD is going to wipe your tears, and that He promised you no more pain!
Even though you may be hurting from past abuse, be it mental, physical or spiritual, you need to know that you can be thankful that you have a God who loves you unconditionally. He loves you in spite of everything you been through, and yet He alone has the power to heal you from the pain, the past, the pressure. Even in your own little secret hell, a place of desolation and isolation. Emotions out of control and running wild, thoughts that invade your mind, attacking and robbing you of the peace you once held dear. You may even be caught up in the throes of a bone jarring, vile pain weighing you down, getting worse as your thoughts of the perpetrator invade the cavities of your mind. You try to cover your wounds with bandages only to find out that when uncovered, you still bleed. The pain that eats at you like cancer. A chasm so wide, so deep that it has swallowed your hope and joy. But speaking to you woman 2 woman, you are about to get it all back. Driven to depression and deep despair. Fighting the forces of darkness, searching for hope in what looks like a hopeless situation. Low self esteem, incompleteness, outraged with anger, wondering why, why me? Why did this happen to me?? Then one day, He came, someone unlike any other.
You ran into the Blood, the blood of Jesus. Tenderness, compassion, truth, gentleness, unconditional love, understanding. He comes picking up the broken pieces of your shattered life and patiently puts you back together again.

Celebrating women in the Gospel

We see the Esthers, the Ruth's, the Hannah's, Eve, Rachel, but what about Leah, Naomi, Hagar, Tamar, Gomer, Rahab, the woman with the infirmity, Mary, Mary Magdalene, the woman with the Alabaster Box?  The forgotten, least likely, unthought of women, the woman with a past, a problem, a promise?  Everyone of them are of value, surely to the King, if not to you.  No matter how dark her night or her past,  no matter what her crime or her problem, she has value and the King.  Too many times and as bad as it is, the men run them down, now we are running them and each other down too.  We as women, need to celebrate, embrace and help erase yesterday to and with each other.  Each women then and each woman now has a purpose and a plan for her life.  God didn't just drop you into existence and have nothing for you to do.  One thing these women knew and that was that touching Jesus was all that mattered, either by crying out, praying, or cutting a deal... such as did Rahab.
It wasn't about the abuse, the rapes, the trauma, the rejections, the rumors, gossip, the lies, abandonment, slander... it was then, it is now and always will be about Jesus!  Every woman that ever has or ever will walk on the face of the earth has a place in the ministry, she must choose to walk in it.  Now it's up to the rest of us to celebrate her!  So what if her hat is smaller than yours, her shoes are the same ones she wore last week, her kids are disobedient, locked up, on crack, pregnant, what does does that have to do with you, celebrating her?  Let's celebrate, embrace, and help erase the pain, the past, the problems that she is facing sometimes alone.   Too many times we are adding pain to pain to our sisters in the gospel and it has to stop.  If you are the woman, and no one has called you, emailed you, paged you or hugged you this week, then celebrate yourself, go to Kroger, Randalls, Fiesta or the local bakery, buy you a cake, get some confetti, a horn, a whistle and a hat and throw a party and you celebrate yourself.  It's time that the women in the gospel, know who they are and who's they are.  You may have been a prostitute like Rahab, whether you used the title: harlot, whore, prostitute, callgirl, secret lover... rejected like Leah, touched, kissed and fondled by one you thought was yours... then...  You may have been raped like Tamar and left desolate by one of the son's of the king, trouble in the KING'S house....whatever the past, you are here today and you can celebrate!  We really need to come together and stop biting, devouring, hating and start celebrating one another.  The angels in heaven are watching to see if women can just put their differences aside and rejoice.  Doesn't matter the color of your skin, the length of your hair, the size of your dress, the language you speak or the nation in which you were born in.   Just let us all celebrate women in the gospel and stop being heffa's, I mean haters!

Recover from rejection

From the beginning of time we have been suffering at the callous hands of rejection.  Eve was rejected , first by her man, he failed to cover her, speak up for her, communitcate with her.  She probably felt like we women of today feel, well you were so engulfed in your own world ignoring me, I listened and got involved in the only thing showing me any attention, (Eve) not knowing of pending doom and demise, thank God for the Holy Ghost today, that quickens us.  Then God rejected them both, with an eviction notice and a pink slip.  Lost her home, Adam lost his job and they lost fellowship.

Part of your recovery from rejection is to learn how to stand in the now of today instead of the then of yesterday.  Holy Princess, you will recover from that rejection, just because he  rejected you, maybe even  your mother, or one of your siblings, Jesus has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. I will be with you always.  You may have even been cast out into the open field and left to yourself and no one swaddled you, no one salted you, no one cared for you, but God saw you then, He sees you now, and He still is saying to you, LIVE!  You may be divorced, left, and abandoned and still suffering  from the "sting", but don't beat yourself down another minute, it wasn't your fault that they did not, can not, will not, see the value in you.  You are valuable, you are virtuous, you are worthy, you are somebody.  Now put that smile back on your face, that pep in your step and take your life back.

Esther 2:12 Now when every maid's turn was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, after that she had been twelve months, according to the manner of the women, (for so were the days of their purifications accomplished, to wit, six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odours, and with other things for the purifying of the women;) v 17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.

What shall become of your dreams

What is a dream?  What is the difference between a dream, a vision, a fantasy?  A dream is a series of images, idesa, emotions and sensations occuring involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.  Divinely revealed event aspiring manifestation.  Fantasy is an unrestrained fancy. Vision is an unusual competence in discernment or perception of intellegent forsight.

Who were some of the dreamers of old?  Joseph, Nebuchadnezzar, Daniel, Joseph (NT), Abimelech, Jacob, Laban, the butler, the baker, Pharaoh, a midianite, Solomon, the wise men, Pilate's wife, Peter, Paul and John, just to name a few, all times of people, male and female are dreamers.  What won't let you go to sleep?  What do you wake up just to see you in your face, saying have you forgot about me?  God makes Himself known and speaks to His prophets in dreams, Numbers 12:6, He will appear in a dream, 1 Kings 3:5.

God is the only one who can bring a dream to pass, not mama, not daddy, not the lottery.  It is because God is the author dreams, if you are having wild, weird, scary dreams, it might be the pizza or the chicken you ate before going to bed.  You can't tell your dream to everyone, some people are dream killers, they lack the vision and the faith to see what you see or believe what you believe.  Don't be quick to let one hand know what's in the other.  Remember Joseph and his brothers, they left him for dead, all because of a dream revealed before it's needed time.

What do your dreams mean?

God is telling you to fear not, because He is with you.  Matthew 1:20.  He will answer you in a dream.  He will warn you of imminent danger, Matthew 2:12.  He will instruct you in matters concerning you, Matthew 2:13.  He will give you directions concerning a matter.  He will also warn you of enemies that are out to destroy you. Matthew 2:19, 22-23.

Are your dreams giving you an added increase of knowledge and skill in learning, wisdom and understanding?  It did for Daniel. 1:17.  Finally, my beloved, the closer you get to your dream, you are going to have to narrow your circle of friends.  If they don't understand it, and you can't explain it,  how will they believe and stand with you in it?
